5 basic rules to keep looking good, for longer...
1. protect skin using lotion that have SPF15
2. exercise regularly (for this week i've been doing some skipping & playing badminton)
3. eat the right foods (very the important)
4. maintain a good anti-ageing routine(use mask, want to do facial lol)
5. find time to relax (that's my time for now)
